I find it beautiful how there is at least 1 cutscene for each of the areas in the game. Probably the only Castlevania game to do that, specially considering it has 10 different areas. Shame we have such a brief glance at the Infinity Corridor.

Thank you ever so much for uploading this. There's just one thing that strikes me as odd. Both in this game and Judgment, the Japanese version calls him "Trevor", by his English name, whereas in Japanese, his name is Ralph. He is once again referred to as Ralph in NitM/SotN and in all other subsequent titles, save for the two mentioned above. A curious inconsistency. Do you have any idea why?

Fun fact about that: the JP version had the same dialogue, but with Ralph Belmont instead of Trevor Belmont. If I remember correctly, there was one video about that.

Well it was faithful until they made Hector completely miserable, Isaac not going insane as he fell under the guise of Dracula's Curse, and changing Shinigami's role as the real final boss while he always has been Mathias Cronqvist's most loyal servant. I think it was...Season3 that they didn't make it like the game.

@@byonemesis Even the 1st 2 seasons weren't 100% faithful. The omission of Grant for petty reasons, changing Trevor and Sypha's personality, omitting their ties to the church as well as altering their motivations. Turning the church into cartoon villains as well as getting that wrong from a historical perspective. The Roman Catholic was never in Wallachia. That would be the Eastern Orthodox. Neutering Dracula and even changing Lisa's death. The list is endless, but those are just the snippets. The reasons for these changes is what made me think very poorly of the Netflix show.

I tried to watch but since the story changed too much, I stopped when Richter recovered his powers, which is quite not possible since his powers comes from his inherited blood from both Ralph and Sypha, and by extension, their descendants Juste, Christopher, Soleil and Simon.

11:00 Saint Germain saying "goodbye" in Spanish (adiós) 🤣🤣. I prefer japanese voices. It's a pity I couldn't change it in the game... because I'm playing it this days 🙄.

astra-magicka: I agree. I'm usually a fan of Japanese dub but in this case there is much more emotion, anger, passion in their voices. It sounds so serious in Japanese dub in this game. Isaac's voice is best in English.
