These are basically Brutfuner/Shuttle Art/Kalour, just with a premium price tag. Waste of money...

@@Oozaru85 I believe they are not exactly the same, though their "premiumness" do seem similar. I am familiar with the Kalour other brand names, Castle Art isn't one of them if I'm not mistaken. Anyhow, there is no significant price difference between the two, but the packaging looks great!

Ah yes. Castle Art. The premium priced Brutfuner/Kalour/Shuttle Art. Dont waste your money on these, people. They are selling you the same pencils like the aforementioned brands, just for a much higher price.

I actually got these on an Amazon deal for 44$, I see they cost more now. I saw Castle Art have great reviews so I was intrigued and wanted to try them! :) Which one of the 3 brands you mentioned is your favorite?

@@AtaliaChan Doesnt really matter, since they all use the same pencils. I personally use Brutfuner (the full color barrels) and Kalour (the black barrels). The ones with the black barrel are softer, similar to Prismacolors. While the full color ones are harder and more similar to Polychromos.
