Casting with Great Stuff Big Gap Filler (1st Go)
These are my first attempts at casting using this material. It was a worthwhile experiment and I think I learned a thing or two. I hope you found it useful.

what release agent did u use so the foam wont stick to the mold?

That gap filler sucks for casting. If you ordered a sample from polytek that would probably be enough for what you are doing there. Also, I feel like a shoe box might work better for feet?

Sean is right, it actually does suck for casting everything with the possible exception of trial casting or things that don't need to maintain their form (like prop rocks or whatever).
