Yang Zi is definitely an outstanding actress 👍🏾❤️🤩 her tv shows follows by international audiences because they know her acting 🎭 is excellent and a natural lovely person ❤❤️❤️who likes to help others actors/actresses who works with her 😍👍🏾❤️

Yang Zi and Xu Kai were phenomenal together. The entire cast was great. I would watch Yang Zi in anything. Her and Zhao Liying and Bai Lui and Zhao Lusi are my favourites. Shen Li is phenomenal

You literally named all my favorites too. I love that they don’t play insipid and weak characters and are genuinely good actresses who don’t only rely on their looks to carry a scene.

I really liked Will Love in Spring. Haven't seen the other one yet.

Will love in spring is way better than best choice ever! Xu Kai was really second lead male not first.

RBOME is one of my favourite Chinese novel... I would be very happy if YZ takes up the FL... The FL there is very challenging as she is a very serious type... It would be new challenge for YZ... However for ML, I would want an actor who is tall, slim but mascular and funny yet serious type... I hope they stick to the original plot.

The way I looked at Li Xian's 2 drama is that the viewers don't like the paired actresses. Altho I have not seen the Shooting Stars yet but as a viewer opinion, I can't find the spark and chemistry from both actresses unlike when he was with Yang Zi in Go Go Squid 1, his name reverberates immediately around the globe. His recent Will Love in Spring has a good story but it bores me each time both Li Xian and his partner has the scenes not even their kissing scenes gives a nostalgic or magical feelings. I saw the teaser of Shooting Star, it is interesting but no chemistry found.

Best Choice Ever had a terrible script. The mother was at the center of the plot, and it was hard to watch. I struggled to finish it. For Yang Zi and Xu Kai, it was a waste of talents, the drama has no rewatch value. On the other hand, Will Love in Spring was awesome. Leads CP is off the charts. Script is very good, and every actor and their stories are well developed and wonderful to watch. The rewatch value is to me very high.

If you are loving the WLIS that means you like romance drama... On the other hand BCE is a family drama, which focuses on family dimension especially mother-daughter relationship. That's why mother is there for the most of time. Also the romance in the drama is secondary. It is just following the original book... Just because you are not liking a family drama doesn't mean that the script is bad... BCE has one of the best script for family drama which properly shows the development of a mother-daughter relationship. Please don't spread false information as there are many viewers out there who will be able to relate with the mother situation and might not try it thinking it is a bad romance drama.

You are mistaken. I don't necessarily love romance dramas. I do enjoy family dramas and ensemble casts. WLIS is a romance, but the family, hers and his, and the grandmas friendship, are wonderful. FL siblings relationship is just beautiful. I like Meet yourself, The Youth Memories, Sunshine by my Side and many dramas where the families play a prominent role. The mother in BCE is truly appalling, and I am not the only one that feels that way! BTW, in the Oath of Love, the family is quite important in the leads relationship, and I really enjoyed it very much. Actually, my favorites are costume period dramas 😊

I truly agree with you. I was sooo stressed with that mother character. I didn't finish watching the drama. Anyway, the story is sooo pathetic, so I didn't miss anything.

Will Love in Spring is a lot better than Best Choice Ever. The latter is not even entertaining. It is so stressful and painful to watch thanks to the mother character, and the story is sooo cliche and too damn boring. The only redeeming quality of the drama is just, well, Xu Kai and Yang Zi. It isn't entertaining at all. Will Love in Spring is so far the best china drama I watched.
