if you flip the doorframes the other way down, the casting is flush with the metal, and it's easier to fill fast and vibrate air out. I do it on a piece of plywood and screw everything in place so I can really shake it around to even everything out. Good Vid!

Awesome thanks! I really appreciate the example so I have some idea what my Kastolite shoud look like. I was a bit puzzled by the manufacturers water weight ratio .. it's so low at 18 percent the stuff seemed way too dry.

Thank you for the video. Two questions: (1)how did the metal fibers work out/was it worth doing again? (2) the Morco Plastic BR….either I have it spelled wrong or I just can’t find it; any suggestions?
