That's a lot of work for 5-bricks!

Nice job! You could speed it up some more by making a tamper and fixing the inner wooden forms to a board so they all pull out at once.

Wow bruh you can make 10 of those forms and never need to buy them. Great idea. I like it.

Beautiful work. I make my own bricks for around the yard but they definitely don't look nearly this nice lol. I just used some of that foam insulation stuff to make forms and use cheap ripped bags of concrete I get for a $1. It works but it has gravel in it so definitely doesn't come out nearly as nice and you have to wait until it's nearly dry to remove them from the form. I definitely want to try this style.

Слишком много ручного труда. Например можно было бы боковые стенки стягивать рычагом, а не играться с шуруповёртом, а трамбовку проводить на вибростоле. Есть и другие моменты, которые в сумме сэкономили бы много Времени и облегчили труд.

на нашем юге так же строят, как для кур или свиней, это не на севере тебе метровые стены ваять)

It is a great idea, but the reality of those "spacers"... sicking out on the ends of the bricks, is: They will make your mortar joints too wide. There should be a good bond from the top to the bottom, and NO PARTS of the blocks should be touching, because that will weaken the overall mortar bond, between the bricks, which will weaken the overall wall. If you want to do that spacer, then it should be about half as deep. In my opinion, based on my experience... this is the reason that blocks are not made like that, with these "automatic spacers". I want to know.... Please tell me.... Have you ever constructed a wall with these blocks? I would be interested to see THAT as a project, when the blocks are completely dry. I would also include a real, working formula for the ingredients... you put in this mixture. I do not remember seeing any small aggregate. 🙂
