I love this so much. It really shows the parts of Castiel that people seem to miss when they are reflecting back on the show. Because as soon as Castiel entered the Winchesters lives, he gradually started transforming into the person that he is now. Throughout his entire life, all he has ever known is order and following whoever above him who commands it. He saved Dean Winchester because he was ordered to, yet that small action ended up turning his life upside down. He never questioned authority and never thought that he could do wrong which I feel like he related to Dean with. Dean blindly followed his father's orders because its what he thought was the right thing to do. Yet it took him dying to realize that following orders isn't always the best thing to do. Following whats inside you is what matters the most. And Castiel may have lost his wings, his brothers and sisters, even his grace in his time of living; but I don't think he truly lived until he meet them. Because it is when he became human that he truly understood the meaning of life.With the way everything was in Heaven, he was expendable also. His worth was next to nothing when it came to him. They made him feel like his life was worth something. And throughout it all the Winchesters made him realize the most important thing of all: family and the means to feel love.

This video is overflowing with love for Cas, for his journey, for the little moments that make a family strong, the silly ones and the hard ones, every single one being essential, because through thick and thin Team Free Will always ends up sticking together. Castiel found a home in Sam and Dean, and this video delivers that so powerfully that I might be grinning and sobbing at the same time.

As much as I love Sam's and Dean's bond and incredible devotion to each others, I can't get enough of Castiel's dedication to them. They taught him to choose his own destiny. And he chose them 💖

Awww this made me smile like a lunatic the whole way through. It's rare to find a happy Cass fan video. You did such a good job of incorporating his quirkiness that I so love and as much as I can't get enough Destiel, I appreciate how much of Sam you included in this.

This is so so beautiful, I can't stop smiling... they're family and I love Season 12 for making it abundantly clear to everyone that Cas is and always will be a part of that. This makes me feel like sunshine and rainbows, it reminds me why I love Team Free Will and why Cas is the most adorable angel ever created. Wow. I just want to say that 1) you're amazing and this edit was absolutely beautiful, and 2) I feel like with all of the shipping drama this fandom goes through, we forget about the other types of relationships in our fantastic show. We see Destiel, and the brotherly love between Sam and Dean, but we don't pay enough respect to the incredible relationship that is Team Free Will. These are three boys, that have been through more than anyone deserves to do through, they love each other, whether platonic or not, and they would do anything for each other. This is something we need to appreciate and remember as we yell at the writer for...certain recent events...they may make us angry, sad, or scared, but they can sure as hell show us the beauty in character and relationship development. /end rant

Preach! I myself am a Destiel shipper but it's so nice to step back sometimes and appreciate the relationship between the three of them, that really special friend and brotherly bond that a lot of people don't get even close to having in their lives. It's beautiful

Ohh I love the amount of Sam in this! Personally I find it really hard to find scenes of Sam & Cas together, but you definitely nailed that! Amazing video, yet again such great parallels and it was indeed concentrated on the good parts, but it still made me sad :')

The cast said Sam and Cas are never together because Jared is constantly messing with Misha to the point where they were never getting through scenes. So they had to start having them shoot together less.😂😂 But agreed, I love those scenes.

"the man who would be king" episode is so beautiful. the snow and the violets.... I love it and I love that they put scene form the show as the remarkable events Cas saw.

AWWW, I didn't expect to hear Cas narrating when I clicked this, but it's perfect! Hearing the characters saying how they feel about each other in their own words makes this extra moving, and I just adore how many fun quirky cute moments you fit in with these three. Maybe one of the reasons why you are one of my favorite editors, is that I *love* your 'selection of background songs'

This is so beautiful, and perfectly edited. It really shines a light on his development. And to think... it took a couple of seasons before his introduction, and now I can't imagine SPN without him.

Sometimes you find a fan vid that brings you a bit of needed peace in the world. A bit of reflection to an amazing show from a side you don't think about or get to see too often. And that is what this is. Portrayed the emotion and the relationships beautifully. So. Thank you.

I love this video so much as this Shows how sweet,kind,funny,nice and amazing castiel is and what hes sacrificed for there sakes and the bonds he formed with Sam and Dean as they literally consider him an brother andCass considers them family and Sam and Castiels bond grown stronger the more they spent time together and Castiel never grown weaker from there bond he believed he grew stronger which I consider to be true and I just love Cass I could rant for ages on this comment but I wont do that (tbh I already did rant so sorry )

This may sound silly, but supernatural changed me. Changed my views on the world and people. In a good way. Sometimes, you need a change. You need to show the people you care about love. Huh them. Enjoy time with them! Be a mix of all three! Have Dean's sense of humor, Sam's sense of care, and Castiel's sense of love for family! Always tell your brother, sister, best friend that you love them!

Wow! This is beautiful! I love that you didn't use a song as the main thing for it like most edits, I love that it was all an actual line/speech from the show and you added other parts from the show too. Obviously it's great that you did have a song in the background, but I love that it is all based on Cas' words! 3 This is one of the most beautiful edits I have ever seen!
