Ohhhh! If you only new how many emergency room visits in the past 25 years about this crippling condition and I've tried the praying to God thing and it doesn't work at all! Been doing this for 25 years and nothing! It only seems to get worse. Only relief I get is from a tranquilizer sad to say. I wish anyone who reads this were in my shoes and been through what I've been through for 1 day and I know without a doubt in my heart you would be whistling a different tune and I will go out on a limb and bet my life on it. My anxiety is endogenous from within. It seems to begin with body sensations that trigger a thought in my mind and my mind responds to the physical symptoms and the vicious cycle begins and now you want to tell me I can control this. No one talks themselves out of anxiety attacks while they are in full force because they control your thinking and not because you let it control your thoughts it's because anxiety disorder has a mind of its own. No doctor can help you or at least me, God doesn't seem to care because I've taken this to him on so many occasions and nothing. I can't believe this is partially genetics or a curse from Satan. We can all say, if you only new but I can't emphasize enough on my condition. So much more to say but words are not enough.

4am and I feel alone. Been feeling like that for years. Everything you mentioned in your post is me. Thank you for this. It’s 4am and here I am. Feeling alone. Searching for god bc he’s all I got left. I feel like if he doesn’t hold me I’m gone. I don’t have friends or family bc I’m too traumatized but I’m too scared to get close to people. Therapy helps but rn I currently can’t afford it. So I’m holding on to god for dear life bc I don’t know how much longer I can do it alone. Yk? I’m so thankful for these videos I listen to them every day. And try to remember the advice. I have been praying a lot and I know God hears me and I pray for God’s help in my situation. I believe He will help. So I try to stay calm and wait on God.

Thank you for your encouragement. It is very much appreciated, not just for me, but I'm sure for many, many people. You reminded me of in scripture when the Israelites were in slavery and God says "I have seen your affliction (oppression, suffering) and I have heard your cries and I know their sorrows, so I have come down to deliver you" (Exo. 3:7-8). He said the same thing to Hezekiah. So that tells us God has always been in control and that He is still in control, and He has always taken care of (protected and provided for) His children and He will continue to do so. We just have to remember He makes all things work together for our good. We are children of the Most High God who says "I am the Lord, God of all flesh. There is nothing too hard for Me" (Jer. 32:27) ❤ God bless all you sisters and brothers!

If you're still dealing with letting go of the worry, something that helps me is to say "Lord I trust you and love you, my life is in your hands" I say this as many times as I need until I calm down.

I feel like that too,I found that prayer does help,but it comes back and won't stay gone,I've been unable to even leave my house yet I can't stand here either,I'm hot,I'm cold I have to use the bathroom every ten minutes all day.Ive been praying and begging God for two years.I refuse to let Satan get his way which is for me to kill myself,I give it to God and usually it eases up some days it's gone and some days are hell,but I will trust the Lord my God for He keeps all His promises even though I mess up and can't do anything right it seems.Thank you And God bless everyone who has this problem it can be debilitating but don't give in trust Jesus,He loves us!

Would really like to know your secret because my panic attacks are vicious and of course my blood pressure spikes causing more anxiety. Had this condition most of my adult life as my mother had something similar when she was alive. Most people will tell you they know how you feel or what you are going through. I have to laugh at their sympathy because they don't even have a clue...walk in my shoes for 1 day and then come back and repeat what you said before. I know for a fact you'll change your tune

Tomorrow belongs to God, Lord I give everything to you my past my today my Tomorrow, I will not be anxious for nothing but I will pray in everything and cast all my anxiety on You Jesus for your woke is light , I give my life to you Jesus to shape it and I trust you with taking care of me now And tomorrow for I will live with the Grace of today and the mercy of today because tomorrow has its own issues and I am thankful knowing that your mercy is new everyday in Jesus Name 🙏

I have my med. College Entrance exam in 2 weeks and i haven't been able to sleep because of anxiousness!🥺
