Nah that's just a generic bassline that goes up and down. Nobody copied anybody.

I just heard the original song where the main sample comes from kzread.info/dash/bejne/ZXmX1cupgpzOd9I.html at the dollar store (YES) and nearly lost my mind. I hadn't listened to this in forever. Came home and am listening to the whole album and still holds up beautifully.
