He labeled Cassie as some prissy girl with a car paid by her parents when he stole his dad’s Corvette for drugs… This movie was racist, sexist, and misogynistic. He literally laughed at his friend’s misogynistic joke, then said even more misogynistic shit to her. How is that romantic or cute in the slightest? Not only that, he didn’t defend his wife- which was her- when his friend was saying sort of racist shit, and got upset with her because she was reacting. Like, no shit, but she’s just being a decent person. But alright, that’s cute

@@Jennieupulow Actually, couples that start out hating then liking then loving each other are the best ones. It's different and shows the chemistry between them. The bond is stronger. That is how it started. Afterward, he went back on everything he said. It shows character growth & how their relationship flourished. The fact that she changed his views on women & racism shows how beautiful their love story actually was. It would be a shit movie if he stayed the way he was & she had no influence in him. It showed how in love with her he was by going against the way he was & his friends influence on him
