Cassidy does have bars sometimes, but they are plain as fuck. He doesn’t have the lyrical versatility or wordplay that Wayne or Kendrick or Eminem or Lupe Fiasco or even J Cole have. Look through the rest of the comments, I’m not the only person who thinks Cassidy is stuck in 2002. I don’t have to be able to out rap him to be a fan and criticize music, because it’s all subjective anyway. The artists put the content out there for the fans to debate and argue over. He has one cadence and one flow and rhyming style, and if he was as hot as he thinks he is, his career would still be relevant. Also, being from Philly and knowing that he has been exposed many times as a fraud for the street shit he raps about makes him hard to believe when he’s talking about someone else being fake. You can’t find one person in the city of Philadelphia that Cassidy is not paying that will vouch for him.
