Episode 1 - Cassia and Ballet
Three words that best describe Cassia are : discipline, determination, and perseverance. All of these characteristics were implemented into her life from a very young age through the form of ballet. Ballet is not just a hobby, or sport, it is a discipline that can only be mastered by those that see the value it adds to ones life as an individual. Cassia strongly believes that there are many things ballet taught her about life, that could not have been taught any better through any other source.
In this episode, we learn about Cassia's journey with ballet, the mark she left behind, and the people whom's lives she has impacted through the art of ballet.
