Recipe for: Casserole according to Mom's recipe
NECESSARY PRODUCTS:
Chicken fillet - 500 g (cut into medium pieces).
Thin sausage - 400 g (sliced).
Mushrooms - 200 g (cut into slices).
Potatoes - 6 pcs. (cut into medium pieces).
red and green pepper (cut into julienne pieces).
Eggs - 5 gr.
Onion- 1 head (cut into half moons).
Processed cheese - 100 g (sliced).
Salt.
Pepper.
Savory
Oil.
Tomato juice - 300 g.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
Season the sliced chicken fillet with salt, pepper and savory. Stir to taste well. Arrange the casseroles, distributing the potatoes on the bottom and then the remaining products in the following order: chicken fillet, mushrooms, onions, peppers and thin sausage. Spread the tomato juice on top. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and savory. Finally, pour a little water and a little oil into each casserole.
Put the casseroles in a baking tray and put the lids on. Bake in an unheated oven, at 200 degrees, without a fan, in the lower part of the oven, for about 1 hour.
1 hour later. Remove the casseroles from the oven and spread the melted cheese. Crack an egg into each casserole dish and return to the oven for a few minutes to cook the eggs.
