Watch Casper The White Lion follows the Satara Lion Pride on their hunting expedition.
Filmed on the H6 south of Satara Rest Camp in Kruger National Park.
GAME DRIVE ETIQUETTE - RULES (SANParks):
- When you come across a sighting, slowly pull over on the side of the road closest to the animal, but keep a safe distance and turn OFF your engine
- If there are animals in the road, immediately stop at least 20 m from them
- The lane furthest from the sighting should NEVER be blocked, so that others can pass if they want to
- Don’t linger longer than a few minutes at a sighting, so that others can view it too
- Never go off the designated roads
- Never climb out of your vehicle during a drive, or hang out of your car windows or sunroof
- Don’t hoot or blare loud music
- Avoid driving into vegetation, as this could damage the environment or kill small animals
- During night drives, never shine a spotlight directly in animals’ eyes
- Never make noise to get animals to move, stand up or otherwise react for pictures
- Respect the rangers, and always comply with their requests or instructions

Thank you for this beautiful sight, i hope to see this boy for many years to come. I know he isnt getting younger and he will turn 10 in a few more months but i have to say he has done his best and the pride has too. The odds are so stacked against the lions and humans are their biggest threat. Thank you for including us in your video's so we can have a peek into their lives. For that im FOREVER GRATEFUL!! I hope you have a beautifully blessed day.
He really looks like he's struggling. It seemed as if one of the lionesses was waiting for him, but he sat down. I think he's in quite a bit of pain. Cheers Rosemary Western Australia 73yrs

It's like somebody is looking out for him :) Can't imagine him fighting off a couple of young intruders by himself. But maybe his brothers are close by, waiting, so they can make a surprise attack and give them a lesson. Who knows with these old lions...
What happened to the lost cub?
Casper doesn't look white no. more he getting darker and darker. Beautiful footage enjoy thanks for sharing

From birth 2 now he's had so many challenges he has sired several Cubs and all did not make it he's had a rough journey he's had disappeared for a while and we were all worry His beautiful white coat was no longer TRIED HUNGRY PATROLLING MARK SENTING ROAING to think the times that he repeated this was taking a toll on him its okay his white coat is fading and now his arthritis is catching up with him it's okay he still is standing I'm just so glad to have the honor to still be with him we love you CASPER 🩷🌷🩷

He and his brothers will turn 10 years old in July.
Bovine tb . It runs throughout these parks .they make their money off viewing these lions but make no attempt to help them . Tb is not natural for them at all.
