This is the best reason to watch a Casper cartoon.

I like it when Casper takes off his hat for a confession.

Casper Is still friendly and Cute😊 he just wants a friend.

Tex Avery must have been proud of those takes back on the day.

God I love Casper I used to watch him in the VHS in the early 90s when I was a kid

Not too far off from these clips. Albeit this is real compared to what they see.

There are episodes where Casper didn’t want or mean to scare people (even though there stupid) but are episodes where Casper did made an exception only when it comes by protecting innocent people while teaching scum bloods a lesson about abusing.

He could just stand there and people wouldn't be able to tell. So the fact they know it's a ghost is surprising.

Imagine being a dead ghost child and lots of people fear you except for children. That’s pretty sad if you think about it, but what’s cool is how determined Casper is to make a friend and is positive the whole time.

I just had some ideas on some who and what sees Casper and gets scared. Say like an alligator sees Casper and it roars in fright. The alligator turns into a suitcase and bounces away. A shark sees Casper and swims away, leaving behind its teeth. The teeth then follows it. An armadillo sees Casper and then curls up into a ball and bounces like a basketball. A pair of criminals kidnapping Casper by mistake, thinking it was their intended target. They see that it's Casper and they yell "A G-G-G-GHOST!" and run off into a police car just driving by.
