I'm Mexican born in America...was taken from my mom at 3 1/2, was then placed in a foster home with white ppl...my mom fought for me & won but I was 8 when I returned...she tried speaking Spanish to me at times because English & Spanish is used for parents that raise their children here...anywho I didn't know ONE WORD SHE WAS SAYING when she spoke in Spanish 🤣 so I wanted to learn & she said watch the novellas (soap operas in Spanish) mija & you will learn... quickly because I wanted to know what they were saying in the novellas I learned 1st to understand Spanish although it took me from 8-21 to start to speak in well..it's true just by watching you will understand...but it seems like you caught on quickly 💪💪😜

los casos se trata de saber hablar, hay que ser mas inteligente con la ley y las leyes, el hombre no es inteligente al hablar y no se supo defender ! definitivamente la esposa no se ve muy inocente, se ve que le encanta lucir sus operaciones y lo que comenta la testigo de la esposa pudo haber sido una estrategia de la esposa contándole lo del tatuaje... sea o no sea inocente el señor, no se supo defender, por lo contrario su actitud al pedir mas pruebas lo hace mas sospechoso!!!

Pedro Luis Lerma Jaller , el demandante s vendió al decir con seguridad que ella era una pre pago, primero mintió diciéndome que contrato un detective privado y luego se le ocurre llevar al testigo que no es ningún detective y es el informante, que por cierto lo unico que dijo fue que la vio alegre y en la piscina, el demandante se descubrió asi mismo

The “victim” in this case the WIFE could’ve told the other girl that he had that tattoo on his chest and by that she would win the case. At the final part you can see that she is not convinced with the decisión that the Judge made. She wanted 50% of what he has been earning from his store. But did she get it NOPE her posture shows it all. She was NOT HAPPY 😆

Pésimo! Así que la prueba más contundente es lo del tatuaje? La amiga, que no tiene ninguna pinta de palomita blanca perfectamente puede haberle dado lujo de detalles sobre el famoso tatuaje del marido.

Buenos yo vi todo el caso.pero yo vi que la tipa.supuestamente raptada. Puede escapar del aeropuerto.y en Nevada. En los aeropuertos. Hay mucho control.y que le den dinero a ella.un poco extrano.y li del tatuaje.le podia a ver dicho ella ala muchacha.esta vez la doctora .fallo para mia.

bravolondon ---también pensé lo mismo , lo del tatuaje no significa que sea verdad , es la testigo de ella y se lo pudo haber contado, además eso de que se escapara del aeropuerto tan fácilmente no me cuadra, hay algo que no está claro y la demandada me parece que de víctima no tiene nada .

Jajajaja.. Para la siguiente preparen mejor el libreto. Estuve secuestrada casi dos años, no sabia que mi madre estaba muerto, solo queria protegerlos... Me sacaron al exterior, me mandaron sola a nevada y me dijeron que estaba vigilada, pero me escape y busque a mi esposo en Miami... NO QUE NO SABIA NADA...... producccion mejoren los libretos...

No estoy segura en este caso, la demandada puede haberle dado la información del tatuaje a la testigo, realmente la evidencia presentada no me termina de convencer... Bueno, quedará en manos de las autoridades descubrir si lo que se alega es verdad o no. Ahora, los 5.000$ no se los deberían dar porque él los dio por gusto. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Abril 2023

It sounds like he's predator. I have a cousin who came to us through the foster system, she had a similar experience where this grown man deflowered her as a pre teen, and kept up the abuse until she was about 16. He didn't make her get surgery but when she started developing he turned her out. She got picked up by the authorities and that's how she got out.

Y en esos dos años trabajo a larga distancia para hacerse las cirugías, y tener derecho a las ganancias del negocio matrimonial

Fue una decisión muy confusa, puede ser un plan de la esposa en contra del esposo, ya que ambas se conocieron en la fábrica ella le pudo ver dicho del tatuaje
