yes i hv seen .. currently the tool (fmc.exe) to enable telnet in zte modem is paid and no one has leaked it.. without it no other solution..

watch this video : kzread.info/dash/bejne/qm2Y1Kigdc7Xe8Y.html unlocking is done by opening telnet by a tool. Telnet commands are easily available but unlocking tool not leaked yet.
