Nope, the analog hands need to be set separately. After that, the analog hands get a signal to "move" when the digital second is 00, 20, and 40. If you change the digital time, it will not change the analog time.

Unfortunately no, except maybe if you mod it with color filters :)

its so weird...I don't have any alarm on..and my freaking watch keeps beeping at 6 oclock in the morning! its driving me nuts

Good day. This watch has 3 alarms. I'd suggest to check if alarm #2 or alarm #3 is active.
