I feel like out of everyone at the casino, aside from Dice and Devil themselves, Cuphead gets along greatly with Chips to the point Chips sees him as a kid brother. I mean, Chips's face when Cuphead drank that demon only liquor! That's big time worry! But my other evidence is Cuphead and Chips how they were talking in the Mangosteen comic and when Chips was telling his exaggerations Cuphead's expression of awe, and then the two's pranking together!

Is it just me or are these getting progressively more entertaining? Can't wait to see more.

Am I seriously the only one who thinks Chips looks good in a flapper dress? Just me? ok.
