New subie, great video! I love how colorful your money is! I just bought a cricut joy and it's great for making all types of labels and it's easy to use. I bet you'll love it! I don't want big projects either so it's perfect, even for Journaling.

Awesome video! If you're looking at just doing small things like labels, cards etc the joy would be perfect for you! I have one myself and it's the best thing ever! I can still do larger projects and have made Spotify plaques, tshirts and glasses as gifts so it's still very versatile!

Thank you so much! This is exactly the info I needed. I know if I get one the Princesses will want T-shirts and water bottles done etc so they will be my main projects other than just labels and cards. This definitely helps with my budget. I don’t think I need the bigger machine at all.

I have the maker 3 and its awesome. Joy is more portable though... i make bigger projects and use leather too so if your just doing basic stuff then go joy

I had the Cricut joy for a few days before I switched to the maker, quite a few people upgrade to maker quickly so might be worth saving the extra $150 for the maker, I love my Cricut machine. I suggest joining some Cricut Australia groups they’re great help. The joy limitation is 4.5x6.5 inch for standard mat or u can get a longer mat 4.5x12 inch though the size u can make stuff is slightly smaller than the mat, since your doing stuff small maybe the joy will suit you.

@@aussiebudgetqueen I have a joy and i would definitely recommend not getting it lol you will want to do more, i really wish the joy would print and cut so I could do stickers for my budgeting etc but it isn't supported

Haha it is a beautiful country. Hubby and I always say we travel all over the world and we have the most beautiful beach 5 minutes from our house 🥰

I work out what notes I need from my budget and then I get the change from the change machine at the bank 🌸 Also sometimes I improvise and it magically works out 😂

How will I know how much to put in each envelope

I budget out each paycheck making sure my mortgage, groceries, bills and fuel is covered. What is left over goes to the other envelopes. There is no real answer as to how much you put into each envelope. With what is left over, we are concentrating on our travel binder so a lot is going to that at the moment. It just depends on what is important to you. I hope that helped 🌸
