We had local guy that did similar thing back in 80-90’s. Last three folks all ended up in hospital. Only one finished the meal for the free shirt. He spends four days in the hospital and had damaged his stomach lining.

@That V8 Life dude I like spicy food but if you know you can’t handle spicy food and you sign up for this challenge, you know what’s gonna happen in the bathroom. There’s risks that’s not worth taking. And it has nothing to do with you living once. Since you live once, make better decisions for yourself is all I’m saying.

​@That V8 Life a guy passed away from doing a spicy food challenge with his brother. He passed away because the spice burned the back of his throat, like a 2nd degree burn and he asphyxiated to death from the inflammation and swelling that started happening from the burn. You can die from this stuff

Casey is better at the hot and spicy challenges, but Adam was better at the gluttonous challenges
