The Utah County Single Adults (UCSA) serves Latter-Day Saint single adults ages 46 and up. (Mid-singles age 31-45 that want to participate with us are also welcome.)
The UCSA is under Priesthood leadership of the Area Authority Seventy and a coordinating council of representatives from Latter-day Saint stakes and wards throughout Utah County.

Casey Paul Griffiths was born and raised in Delta, Utah. He served a mission in Fort Lauderdale, Florida before returning home to complete a B.A. degree in History at Brigham Young University (2002). He later earned a M.A. in Religious Education and a PhD in Educational Leadership and Foundations at BYU (2007, 2012). His studies focused on the development of religious education programs among the members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Prior to joining the faculty in Religious Education at BYU, Brothers Griffiths served in Seminaries and Institutes for eleven years as a teacher and a curriculum writer. His research focuses on the history of religious education among Latter-day Saints, the history of the Church in the Pacific and diverse movements associated with the Restoration. He is married to Elizabeth Ottley Griffiths and they live in Saratoga Springs with their three adorable children.

    Right hand is the “covenant “ hand, We make covenants with right hand. In court of law, we raise the right hand. Oaths are sacred, …let’s not “nit pick”. Be glad for refined tradition, and let’s not try to FIND ways to avoid it. Deacons pass sacrament with RIGHT hand, and the uniformity is important, in my opinion. Many references to rt hand in the scriptures. The ordinance of baptism is with right hand to. The square.we renew that covenant when we partake of sacrament, the rt hand to me, is symbolic of that ordinance. The Savior,when introduced, is on the right hand of His Father.
