    I’m from Louisiana so I don’t even know if these grow in your area. But any chance of sago palm ingestion? They can be grown in a pot and even just a bit of bark can be quite lethal. Even if she picked up some from around the neighborhood? I don’t know. I just remember being in an emergency vet with my cat, when a young lab was brought in seizing, after having chewed on some dried sego palm that had fallen off into the yard. He didn’t make it. The teenage boy of the family saw the dog doing it, but had no idea it was toxic. He was a bit devastated.
