    While presnting patients' version of symptons and history it is better to avoid medical terms like axilla which no patient knows unless he is a doctor Patient noticed swellings in armpits would be more apppropriate

    Actually usually only chief complaints, I believe are supposed to be said as verbatim as what pt. had said, while in HOPI we can use the medical terms, this is the standard practice in India and even Hutchinson or Macleod recommend the same.

    Why is she reading. Also biopsy of posterior cervical lymph nodes,supra clavicular and infra clavicular and epi trochlear lymphnodes has more diagnostic value than inguinal, anterior cervical lymphnodes. She hasn't mentioned that.
