I am a 2nd year mbbs student and I had to present a history of anterior swelling. I too mentioned all these details and as soon as I said patient took iodised salt my professor was furious. I just don’t get these people.

I thought pg students present better than completely copying from s Das clinical surgery

No indication if one doesn’t suspect retrosternal extension. Not a very sensitive test anyway
