I could only get 2 when they dropped and went with the soddy and the trapper. By the time I could get another they were all gone. Dang it. I wanted a barlow. I wished they would have done a canoe. These are my first Case since the 70s... I wish I still had those. You're right, back then you didn't examine it and picked over every detail. You threw it in your pocket and used it. I don't remember having to knock a burr off every, single, blade back then either... ugh. I look at the free Red Fox and think... really Case. They are surviving off brand loyalty and I swear they are taking advantage of it.

Very cool! Hope you got some good burn on the barlow. Mine is a jelly sandwich.

I’ve got a small collection of stickers I’ve been putting on my 67 Camaro, so far I have Todd’s, HTs, and Canoe Crew. I think they look great, plus it’s a great way to bring traffic to your guys channels. I’ve already had people at car shows take pictures of them to check out your channels. There’s room for the Tiger if you’re interested. Great looking knives, I wish I knew where to find some in Canada, we get screwed when it comes to selection, prices are also a huge problem, I can buy three knives by the time I pay for shipping. Beautiful knives, Andrew! I've heard other people talk about Case maybe cutting corners in there production. I hope they take the right steps forward, instead of becoming just another company pumping out another product. Thanks for sharing!

I hope so too! They may have cut a few corners trying to pump these out of the factory. Very fast. Luckily I got pretty decent quality, especially on my Barlow. Very hard to pay full price for mediocre quality though. Thanks for checking it out Jonathan!

I passed on the barlow because I already have a purple barnboard jig. By the time I thought I'd see what trappers were like they were gone.

Great looking knives. That trapper is done really well. Minus the polish. My Sowbelly is going in for warranty to address the polish (i hope). I did contact case for warranty work, have yet to hear back. Despite the polish issues, I'm kicking myself for not getting the trapper and the mini

Beautiful PB&J knives! I wished I could have gotten one but I miss out on the drop. I think I would have went for a mini trapper and a sowbelly. I saw someone has some on AAPK for around $200 per knife. If I had to pay that much then I would have to eat PB&J sandwiches. 😂 Thanks for showing them to us Andrew, I’m so jelly 😢

I sent you an email with photos of my PBJ Sowbelly. It hardly has any “jelly”. Same issues with the blade polishing. Overall build quality not bad, especially compared to the bad ones we’ve seen in recent times. As someone else mentioned, I’m not bothering to send it back, because there won’t be any replacements available. Likewise, I figure that these units that have these imperfections will just make them more unique, and potentially more valuable, down the road….

Yo brutha ... that white edges on the soddy is the bread 😂 That's what I immediately thought when I opened mine and saw the white edges. It makes complete sense too. Can't have PB&J without bread 😁👍👍😎

You said you feel sorry for people who can't get them. I'm in the UK. I ain't got no chance 😂. The best place to collect knives is definitely America 🇺🇸. You can get everything there 😁. Hope you're doing well, brother? I love these. I bought the Texas jack recently after watching your video...love it. CS steel. My first Case with the etch. It's got to be a money saving thing. Competing against a new brand on the scene, maybe? We do it to ourselves sometimes. 😅

Don’t worry Andrew, the burn / Peanut 🥜 sucks as well on my Barlow, my show side where the Peanut butter should be looks more grey then goes to all violet and then the back side near the bolster as a little peanut butter. I think mine actually sucks. The worst part is the F&F is absolutely 💯 perfect so it makes me angry that go figure case does a bad bone job instead of great bone and bad F&F. I second your notion, these kids and I believe that for sure the kids are pumping them out. My Soddy Jr is absolutely awesome 👏 but the Barlow nahhhhh. I should have grabbed the mini or the trapper. I well. One out tow yep sounds like Case !!!! 🎉🎉🎉. Thank you Andrew, blessings and I hope you enjoyed your overnight and bike 🏍️ ride. 👍🙏

My Sod Buster Jr PB&J came way off center, with blade play, and Major gapping (you can see light through it.) You can pinch pivot closed with you fingers and the finish literally flakes off. It's terrible. I had no luck initially contacting SMKW. I'm sending it back to Case to be fixed (as much as it can be.) I know Case quality has been terrible lately but these were 100% rushed. Its unfortunate that buying a Case knife has literally become a gamble.

That really sucks. SMKW would juat refund your money. So sending it to Case to be fixed is your best bet. They should may foe shipping also! I hope they fix it well?!

@@BaxtersBlades They're sending me a free shipping envelope. I commented about my situation on the slip joint exchange page about the lack of response from SMKW and Tyler Pipes did reach out to me. I voiced my concern about lack of customer support and he did seem to recognize the situation and show interest in improving options for customers ordering online. So I guess we'll see.

I saw two knives that were not polished at Bass Pro shop that were trappers…. And I didn’t buy either one because of that.
