I’m looking for something that can be used within social work/direct service nonprofit case management. Is this something that would be suitable to manage clients and their assigned care workers or is this only useful for sales/business industry? We’ve used sales force but it’s not user friendly and complicated to use.

Sorry for the late reply, but Dynamics 365 is very user friendly. Actually, it's one of the #1 reasons people choose it over Saleforce.
