Your video is a great reminder of the value of patience and perseverance. It takes a lot of time and effort to grow and harvest melons and oranges, but the end result is so worth it. And the fact that you're able to make a living by selling them at the market is even more impressive. Keep up the great work! And it's an honor to have you visit our channel, we can discuss more about our experiences in harvesting and building farms.

I was an IH dealer manager and sold the first rotary combine, a 1460 with a 22' header! Total sale was around $53000.00! Whew things have changed alot and I'm retired!

I used one of those but with a 36" ft macdon on it. It was in west australia in pretty marginal area so the capacity of the combine vs size of header weren't an issue
The 9250 is an impressive machine. Case makes a good combine and their quadtrac tractors are nearly unbeatable

It is a good way record the history of these machines. What is new today will be historical in a few years. Sharing the specs and price helps show the progression over time.

@@bigtractorpower The most favorite part of your videos that I love to watch and I love to watch the whole video is when you get in the cab and then the way the Case IH Axial Flow Combine harvests the corn so by all means I hope you’ll make a video where your in the cab but this time for most of the video your in the cab for most of the video and that way it’ll enable viewers like myself to see from the cab the corn getting harvested
My brothers and I (all retired) operate a family farm in SE Iowa. We are more-or-less hobby farmers, using our dad's IH 1460 combine from the late 1970's. We raise corn and soybeans in 30 inch rows and harvest with 6-row heads. I love watching your videos of modern ag equipment in action. Keep up the good work!
The combines are always impressive, but that cart operator in the beginning was pretty damn slick too, backing right up to the second combine like nothing
grain cart operator was hauling ass trying to keep up with those combines. thanks for sharing BTP

Absolutely love seeing this machinery in operation, and the synchronization between equipments potential . Seems like the speed of harvesting greatly depends on the amount of transporters is involved. Farmers are so vastly under appreciated by public without them their wouldn’t be a need for grocery stores . I wish our government would realize how important they are and reward them ,instead of creating obstacles for them and taking their funds and redistributing on people and foreign entities that could care less . Love you Farmers wish I was in control of funds ! Y’all would be ahead of em all and military would be seconds ! Handouts would be at the bottom of my list

Can you just imagine the looks on the faces of farmers if somehow you could transport all this equipment in this video back to 1950 or even 1960 and put it in a field during the middle of harvest in that area? LOL Case/ IH sure makes some nice looking combines and they seem to be able to really take in the crops, it appears to be even above their rated capacity.

I work for a farm that uses 2 John Deere 9660 STS combines 1 is a Bullet Rotor combine, their oldest brother uses a John Deere 9760 STS combine and these combines are used to harvest corn, milo, soybeans, and wheat. They use a John Deere 893 8 row corn head with hydralic deck plates to harvest corn. For wheat, milo, and soybeans, they use anything from a 635D 35' rigid draper head, a 936D 36' rigid draped head, and for soybeans, they only use 2 combines and they are equipped with 630F 30' flex heads since you gotta have a flex head to harvest soybeans.

Thanks Jason, great video. Love the specs, prices, capacity, etc. you provide. As some others have stated, I also think about what it takes to keep that combine fleet moving. If the farmer is willing to supply the info, would be interesting to know their on-farm grain drying and storage capacity, number of trucks, tractor/grain carts, people, maintenance time, and general support required. Everything is going to fill up fast. Just a suggestion.
