Even though observing dr have not physicaly present some important points are added , this makes the doctor to think and increases knowledge which might he/she may not have thought. negetive history should be explained as under graduates requires it.

Sir 50 yr old male pt had afib episode was on amiadarone infusion.....suddenly he developed breathlessness at rest.....chest was totally clear....in this case what could be possibility..? Pulse 50 Spo2 99 on 15 l nrbm BP 80/60(just before hour BP was normal) And he had lot of perspiration and very much thirst also

What's the rate of lasix infusion

But this pt is having infection and we start him on aspirin then are there chances of reye's syndrome?

If hypotension with pulmonary Edema then what will be the 1st treatment??
