This is an invasive adenocarcinoma arising in a tubular adenoma from an endoscopic submucosal dissection specimen. It includes a tubular adenoma with high-grade dysplasia and another piece showing invasive adenocarcinoma. Key features of the adenocarcinoma include desmoplastic stroma, angulated glands, and single cells at the advancing edge. See the video for more details.
