I can't begin to imagine the pain her mother feels. This is heart wrenching! 😭
What a fucking terrifying flaw in the architecture jesus. I don't even like looking at the manhole in my own house and we have zero people living above us.
What a mother! What a disappointment for everyone- that is a mother’s love 💕 thank you for telling the story my own heart was in my mouth.
Bless this amazing mother! Brittany sees the total love her mother has for her. I am the mother of one child..a daughter... I send love and continued hope to this mommy! This POS WILL be caught and punished! Peace to Brittany and her fearless mom!

Its so sad!!!🥵 its awful how these beautiful, inside and outside, girls are murdered while attending college or university. God bless her mom and family and her friends. R.I.P. Britney 😥😥😥❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏 you are all in my prayers ❤🙏
You have to admire the strength and endurance of a mother's love ,sorry about the outcome ,and pray for her ongoing strength .But she should know her precious daughter and herself has made things so much better for other victims and families. Much love and peace 💜💖💖💜💖💖💜💖💖💜
Devastating case! I was so frustrated by the end of the pod with no solution, can't even imagine how her family feels. Her Mother is incredible and I hope she finds justice some day. I must say, has the security guard been looked at again?! He refused to give DNA sample originally...

The original DNA was ruled out bc it was the boyfriends so the security guard becomes a viable suspect again, I think it was that security guard
I'm thinking the 4 way attic access to Brittany's apt is how the murderer gained entry...... I feel it strongly and would suggest examining the individuals living in those apts, as well as visitors, etc... God Bless Brittany's Mommy I am a Mom, too and I understand what propels her. You will help the detectives catch him and he will die behind bars. DNA research is constantly evolving and being refined...hopefully, they collected evidence that hasn't been processed yet....bcs, when technology catches up....the blood evidence will tell the story and lead you right to Brittany's murderers door‼️

I agree with you considering nobody was seen and there was no evidence of forced entry. Seems logical that someone gained access through that attic space.
Too sad. I hope and pray they catch the guy!🙏🏻
Been following casefile since working in a fruit packhouse during lockdown. Thank you for making those long 14 hour days entertaining and insightful.

Wow 14 hours you gotta be European - probably eastern but living in Britain or something??
How insanely cruel and hypocritical to give that poor woman a standing ovation then do absolutely nothing after that
I'd like to know which tv show it was who told the mother that it was a boring case. It's one thing to be a greedy Ahole but it's another to be so cold-hearted that they think it's ok to say that to the mother.

Too many pretty college girls going missing, or are murdered?
@billie6814

And poor Brittany was a white, blonde haired college student with a mom doing a mass media tour road trip tour to make sure Brittany wasn't forgotten and to change laws... it really hit home for me when they said it was "too boring" because I just imagined all of the indigenous women who are missing or have been murdered and can't even get the interest of their own government to help let alone a TV show 😟

You people act like you have no idea how media works.
I like what maggie her mom did with britneys car, turning it into a caravan in pink/purple. And how shes using this tragedy to prevent any one else from enduring this tragedy. Her mission will help to get the perp. If anyone can donate any amt for maggie to carry on the mission. If 100,000 ppl donate $1.00 that'll be so helpful with gas, flyers etc. God be with all the family and volunteers. Im in canada so can't search or put out flyers but i am able to give some money. ❤
My heart breaks for this mom
Thank you for a great video as usual.
Maggie, no more love could be shown than yours, my heart breaks at your final speech in this video. Peace be unto you.
Love & respect 🇦🇺
Thats so wrong to take DNA from innocent people.
So devastating, thankyou for telling the story
Best True Crime Podcasters EVER!!!👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽😎
I really hope they catch this person.
Also wow no dna now means no way it’s gonna be solved without a random confession which is unlikely - poor mother having that face on her car and it was all irrelevant 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️
Shame on the tv crime series that deemed Brittany's case "too boring" to showcase...that's pretty cold.
Thank you :)))
The best friends boyfriend did it. I can't believe they have dna they just dismissed....ridiculous
@curtisjeffries-ki2do

Yeah, but the DNA wasn't found on her body. The amounts that were found were too small to be tested. The DNA surrounding the room area would be more convincing if she had no connection to the boyfriend guy, but she has ties to him. I agree with you to an extent, but I also see where the detectives are coming from as well, he has an explanation for why his DNA would be there- he's her best friends boyfriend. He knew Britney. Will be a miracle if justice is ever served in this case.
Imagine being murdered & having someone place advertisements for a toothbrush subscription on your grave. Sick.
I'm not sure i'm buying that somebody said her case was too boring. A psycho on the loose. A young, beautiful woman strangled to death. Thumb prints left on her neck. This is exactly what piques the interest of the public.
How can a T.V. station say that a murder is to boring to make into an episode... Thats just disgusting to me

I dunno why did the guy who matched the dna keep quiet for so long 🧐 surely u would have said something. His blood on the wall too, your blood does not end up on the wall unless someone wallops u. Wonder how he talked his way out of it or perhaps friends in high places......

You can forward through the videos anytime by using the slide feature at the bottom, that pops up when you hover over the video. The Casefile crew works very hard to produce good content for us as well as bring attention to these cases. They deserve to be compensated for their efforts and sponsorship is one way to get some small return. we want them to continue to produce new episodes too. KZread will pay ad royalties once a channel gets enough subscribers and viewers. If you listen to the newer episodes, after they reached 100k subscribers and have switched to the KZread ad format, you will notice maybe one or two ads will pop up that you can also skip through. But spending 1 minute listening or stretching ...will pay Casefiles the full penny royalty. They still play way less ads that most KZread podcast channels.
👏👏👏
ADS? (turn off auto play)drag cursor to the end let it play last few seconds then hit replay - ads gone or massively reduced (just one easy way to get rid of them works for 90% people)
You can be sure of one thing this man knew she was living alone, and this security man she didn't like ,he could have had her ubication with the celular
Frustrating case.
lf you are blond and younger than 25 you are like a goldmine for " strangers that never had a blond so becarefull, don't live alone, stay with your parents until you get a boyfriend

Dumb advice
That backlog of dna samples? That's ridiculous. Lots of biology folks who'd work part time I think. to help. And that access from other rooms? Money owed to family for security breach.

Sneaky commercials from the creators themselves! I pay for Premium to avoid ads and this feels like cheating. That's too bad, these would be great listening otherwise.

Saying goes "if your innocent you have nothing to worry about" you should not be forced to give your DNA to the state unless you've been convicted of a crime. Obtaining DNA from an innocent person after arrest and storing this is an abuse of human rights.
