Interesting and colourful cars. I must be reverting to my childhood in being fond of reds and yellows and light blue and white slot cars? To my mind these very much evoke the early days of slot car racing albeit I was only born in 1962 and so what do I know? Scalextric ran something similar with their shark nosed red Ferrari and green Cooper from the early 1960s as well as their Maserati and a Vanwall from the later 1950s at around the same time as these. If I didn't have the Scaly ones then I'd be interested in these. As it is I'll do the buying community a favour by not bidding up the price against the likes of what it is you have got yourself with these.

I have 22 of these cars and they are great, very competitive fun on a road course track and we race with a break out time. They are total fun to race.

Beauties which are to be run with the right pple in a group of friendly races. Races where you do not battle with a blade between your teeth. A project like an old fly daytona coupé. Not handling like a policar, slot.it or NSR but plain fun in its own way. Sometimes we just run old uneven pairs of cars (Porsche 936, Carrera 6) just for the fun of it. Not for the win.

I went NC1, Slot It gears and importantly the Cartrix aluminium turned wheels and inserts. Urethane tyres and a Ninco standard guide and front axle stabilisation made the really enjoyable to race in our 50s Grand Prix class. Glad I got mine before scarcity bumped the collectors price up. Glad to hear the confirmation that the health issues we have been hearing about look to be overcome.

I was very tempted to get one of these, the D50. but now knowing they take a lot of work to run good, and my low skill, Im probably better off without one.

The work you do is easy and a great learning car to build confidence. I test the rear tyres after they are build as I have 4 tire types to pick from, drivability and they are great out of the box to
