As long as I been using PIC Art I could never figure out how to make the cartoon look until I just watched this video and a few others! This is great and I suggest those reading this, to watch a few more of these vids.. and I guarantee you will be an expert.. because in the past 15 mins watching 3 different videos of Cartooning on pic last. I seen different methods and techniques that the pic’s all came out look good. Great Video
