You’re back in the building with Watchtrader & Co buying and selling luxury watches. Josh has the first appointment with a returning customer looking to add the elegant Cartier Santos De Cartier reference WSSA0030 to his collection. This would diversify his watch options and sit alongside his Rolex Datejust 41 with the mint green motif dial; hotly rumoured to be discontinued this month at watches and wonders.
Jon makes a bid on two watches that have been brought into store by a Scottish gentleman. The first is the MB&F M.A.D. 1 in green which has a design unlike any other watch we’ve seen. The second watch is the Grand Seiko Spring Drive Chronograph GMT reference SBGE275 with a signature white textured dial. The proposed deal is a part-exchange of these two watches for a Rolex Deepsea 126660, the 44mm heavy duty dive watch with the black dial.
Joe takes in a stunning Rolex Lady Datejust 31 in steel and yellow gold featuring a roman numeral olive green dial with a diamond 6. The watch is in the popular jubilee bracelet and fluted bezel combination. The customer tries and Audemars Piguet 15510 Royal Oak 41mm sports watch that his is considering.
We have a Tag Heuer Aquaracer Chronograph in store. The customer is looking for a direct sale of this steel quartz sports watch and Jon needs to make a bid. Tag watches present great value in the pre-owned market as they can be purchased far below their retail price.

Blue/green Santos look too dark. Personally white dial version is classic and easier to read time.

The Santos is a beautiful watch, and I'd totally want to own one if it didn't scratch so easily 😕 I've never seen one in person without that bezel scratched to bits and it just ruins it

@andygregory2145 well yeah that's obviously true but the Santos in particular is a proper scratch magnet. I've never seen one worn without scratches on it, and because that bezel is so polished you absolutely can't miss them
