Carterra's High-throughput Epitope Analysis and the Latest in Antibody Discovery

This talk will discuss the LSA platform as well as several recent high-profile publications which highlight the utility of HT-SPR for kinetics and high-resolution competition-based epitope binning in the rapid characterization of diverse monoclonal antibody panels. The Carterra LSA and Epitope software enable this analysis at an unrivaled scale and level of detail. Detailed competition-based epitope binning can be used to cluster related antibodies into binding classes which inform variant resistance, avidity, and activity. These properties have direct impacts on potency and efficacy and examples from recent publications in Science and Nature Communications will be described. Also, the new LSAXT enables some additional workflows beyond antibodies, such as PROTAC and Kinase inhibitor characterization, and will be discussed.
