When you realise your worth you recognise others and help others realise for themselves. I have been trying to do this, just starting with a please and a thank you or even a smile. For all those who make your day. I pray that more people find love and happiness in their lives. Regardless of how you feel like this is it, this ur life, and those things are without a doubt happening to you and you do the do exactly as you would do every single time, effortlessly, just by existing. Don't feel like because you may have no one else that sees what you see that it does not matter, in fact that is more reason to be the best representative for those ideas and values you hold in the world and to show it to others. Things go wrong and in ways that can seem worse than we ever imagined, but sometimes we don't have a choice of the how it happens, but with our power of awareness, as humans, we can surely make up new ways and bring them forth into the world for ourselves and others.

This is why I never go out at night, or in places with few people. When I go out, it’s in crowded public places, I don’t care if I’m pickpocketed, better that than kidnapped and sold to who knows were. Also with being able to order stuff online I much prefer that than going out. I live in a pretty safe neighborhood, but there is still crime. This also may be a tad overboard, but I always have a razor blade, and a handcuff key in my shoes. If your tied up or handcuffed, those will come in handy.

This is exactly why I’m scared to visit family in Mexico I fear the risk of getting shot or kidnapped by the cartels I feel more safer being in the US than in Mexico i probably won’t ever go back to Mexico to visit my relatives (last time I visited them was in 2012) I rather FaceTime or video chat them than visit irl in real life I know not all of Mexico is dangerous I rather be safe than sorry
