It sure is. And VERY rare. Which adds coolness to it.
DVD is such a cool and interesting format, it was launched in 96 yet it still gets new releases to this day. It feels like Blu-Rays would've killed it by now but no it remains alive strangely. When DVd started he shared the spotlight with VHS, was alone in the spotlight for a year or so only for Blu-Ray to release. They both went strong even after 4K Ultra HD hopped into it in 2016. I'm so glad DVDs haven't been killed off yet cuz it's my only way to watch movies on physical media and if it was discontinued I could no longer get new movies on DVD. That would've been so sad.
