It is so exclusive, that it is available on PC via cheat-code, and it is actually a Road Race :D

No, sadly. Maybe there is some way to port it, but we far not enough skilled for that, and also Cars games are famous for their bad PC ports. Vladimir29 tried to port console shaders on PC for Mater-National... and results were awful.
