As a detailer, I can tell you that the only way THAT much water gets into the exhaust is to fill it up with a hosepipe. There is literally no situation with normal pressure washing, snow foaming or hosing that this would happen. Good way to start f-ing up the sound insulation and risking rot though...

If you wanna make your car shoot water the easy way jusy pop the hood open and put the garden hose in the air filter tube and wait about 20 seconds it should be enough to fill the muffler. For flames do the same exact use gasoline. Now you know how to make flames

They put the water in the exhaust to ruin the fiberglass packing in the mufflers. It breaks the packing down and in return the exhaust gets louder.

I had water in the exhaust too, but on the autobahn I recognized a huge white smoke until it totally dries out LoooL - first I thought my head gasket was blown but *phew it just was the wet exhaust xD
