So, a D1GP styled drift car rips across a corner followed by an Audi-esk DTM Race car dusting two old American muscle cars. Oof.

Did you add the subtitles for the cut-scenes yourself? There were none in your other videos. Also, at 8:09, Lightning and Koji can still be seen on the left when they are supposed to be off-camera. And at 9:37, the edge of the set is on the left. I guess the cut-scenes were not meant to be watched in widescreen.

Back when I was 4, this was my first exposure to the Japanese language. Now, all these years later, not only can I finally know what he said, but these past 5 years of anime have let me recognize some of his words.

Somehow I can understand even without subs. Maybe my hard training at high school was paid off.

01:11 For a sec i thought he started talking about mater, making me think that (one of) his tall tales are (or is) canon (the tokyo mater one).But probably not. Still, it's neat to know what the heck he's saying after all these years. Devs should've honestly written some subs for him themselves, with how kids would play this and get all confused. Also 08:01 sure glad i watched Initial D so that i understand the reference.
