Actually Tarun Gill was one of the first fitness KZreadrs in India who openly talked about steroids abuse and all the stuffs which at least I didn’t know that all these bodybuilders fitness influencers and actors are taking he has also talked about his cycle and diet and gave very knowledgeable information he also introduces and interviewed many bodybuilders and actors regarding their cycle but recently he has been doing all these stuffs maybe to gain attention but he was a nice guy learned a lot from his channel though all his information were not correct here I am taking about 2017-18 Tarun gill but he is changed now mainly chasing negative publicity 😢it’s sad though
