That last guy who crashed may not have done it on purpose. I've been guilty of looking behind to see what my pursuer was doing and discovering that the ground is a lot closer and harder than I thought lol.

one time i was badly damaged and the last guy was left i could in no way catch he had every advantage over me but i was behind him . i sprayed my guns from 1.2 km away cause that was the last chance for me to get guns on he dodged and crashed into a tree gg

It's a shame they buffed AA to the degree that regular AA in the middle of the map will kill you pretty fast if you fly too close, you definitely can't do what you did here around their airfield anymore; you'd die so damn fast.

This thing's definitely 6.7 material, if the Mk 24 can hack it there then the super pony definitely can

That's the issue with allied super props. They're more or less 1950s tech shoved into those planes fighting against at best 5 year older planes but generally even older

it suffers the same issue as the lightning tho, at 6.3 its overpowered, but if you move it to 6.7 it'll suffer because i could get up tiered to 7.7 where the F-84s are and their top speed is the P-51's rip speed i beleive im not good at remembering numbers. its perfectly fine at 6.3 imo because its limiting factor is the guns. if it had the four shitsparkos 6.7 without a doubt

Ah look at that a2d, doing ground targets in match where it can kill literally everyone in single engagement, oh man. Why i never get prop games anymore with my a2d huh?

I had a match like this a couple days ago. This thing is an absolute beast when undertiered because you can outclimb and outrun everything. I baited 3 enemies and patiently energy trapped them one by one and managed to save that match

Any chance you're down to do a video on the Red Tail P-51C? It feels like a better D-20 but with underwhelming firepower.

can you do a video on your controls, how you both use mouseaim, but at the same time can control propeller pitch, radiator, and oil radiator cooling, ect.

Definitely my favorite plane to fly

I found out the g.56 to be close with the P-51-H with it's current fly performance, because it can actually outclimb the P-51-H at high altitude while being more maneuverable, i know because I tested in free flight mode.

very nice. Of course, from what I've seen recently it's going to be carrying for Japanese teams.............

this guy understand his plane characteristics than gaijin does.

Zeroes have a habit of throwing their life away in the first 5-10 minutes of the match.

@@g_f0rce141 I climb around 18-22 degrees and find I can maintain 200 mph easily, and generally at lower altitude it can even maintain 210 mph or somewhere close. As I start to get to higher altitude like 5km, I may level out a little bit by a couple degrees but generally, somewhere around 20 degrees is most efficient for me. My P51 is spaded as well

Answer No. The J6K and J7W weren't even fully developed enough to get into service before the war ended. So the closest you will get is indeed the Ki-84

Dumb question, I just started playing again after a couple years. How do you turn on damage indicators in the lower right hand corner? It's turned off and I couldn't see an option to turn it back on in the settings.

I flew the mk.24 recently, I just find it still absolutely outdoes this in every capacity. This may have high alt speed in the long run. but the mk.24 also seems to out accelerate it allowing it to catch up and kill before this thing can run away.

Idk like 280kph? Just don't use your wep too much and youl be fine

The J6K1 flies pretty well for a wooden mockup with double the planned armament

Only bad thing about this bird is it only has 6-7 minutes of WEP, but i guess i need to lay off the WEP more than i'm used to.

Haha, that last guy lol, he could have won, just needed to be more patient. But I get it, it's annoying to face a US plane (with a decent pilot) in Japanese fighters. I don't fear any plane while playing this cause I know I can out run almost anything in this plane. But the teams made up of ground pounding A2Ds, and other bombers just make me not play US anymore.

IMHO every p51 is very to extremely strong at it's br. But flying with some freinds, who arent good pilots, they don't seem to be easy to fly. One part can definetly be contributetd to inexperience, of wich plane family can do what. Still tis dosen't explain it entierly, as they seem to do way better in bf-109s. I think it's down to the handling of the p51s, as they loves itself some high speed and turn quite well at them. Thus tempting inexperineced pilots to yank the stick, slowing them down and turning them into a quite sluggish target. Do you have any more tipps for them, aside from, keep your speed and don't tunrfight, slower than ~400 kph?

The 51H even at low speeds will crap on most props, it's extremely forgiving. If you don't take the 8min wep into account

Not sure what the matchmaking is like at 7.0 allied atm It's a good plane but it's kinda tedious to fly, not much changed since I made a video on it, just watch that and decide for yourself

For me it sucks too. I've been playing the He-162 a lot recently and for some odd reason the matches are only 6vs6 or 7vs7. Combine that with ju288/ar234/he-177 spam and I found myself fighting an entire enemy team of fighters with maybe one or two fighters on my team.

P-51H is monster, don't argue before playing it fully Spaded. Ans IMO it's fine to be 6.3, guns aren't fool proof as they are at lower BRs.

I rarely play german 5.3-6.0 because i facing this rocket pony and the godamn spacefire mk.22 like 9/10 all the time and they shit on badly obsolete german plane.... The real problem is what german team get is a absolutely useless Ar 234 and the garbage rod He162 it's a real nightmare experience..

Allies do so fucking terribly in air RB I dont really see the wrong in having some undertiered UFOs to counterbalance it, especially for how long axis balls have been fondled with the UFO 2005 and the UFO152. No fkn clue why the Mk 24 is at a higher BR though. The Mk 22 for 6.3 honestly sucks in comparison to the P51H and ought to be dropped to 6.0 imo. Perhaps if Gaijin finally decided to sort out fucking bombers you wouldnt have teams levy upon how many players are using spaded UFOs or useless peices of shit.

Love the game play. Unfortunately not many people know how to properly use the p51’s in general... and most people don’t know how to use the US tech tree period. It’s nice to see energy and Bnz. However.... I disagree it should NOT be tiered up. UNLESS you get unlimited WEP... even then maybeeeee. It should stay where it is in my opinion.

I mean carry isnt a real thing just pick them off one by one If you call this a carry i did this multiple times in B29

German fightets are more or less balanced; the ta152H Is OP and the Do335 Pfeil is just too undertiered because people fly it the murican way as CAS but it's even faster than the p51. Ju288 is on an illegal state, it's damage model is a fucking joke for something with such big glass cockpit and thin wings, """" fragile engines""" my ass, they're as tough if not more than the 190D engine. The BF109 F4 out turns a yak 9u and he162 is the most op jet in the game. Can shit on everything, and it's nearly impossible to hit it for how little it is. But Americans are a whole different story. P39N shits on a Yak 3, has even better guns and the 37mm one shot kills if aimed at the canopy. P63 shits on a Spitfire 14C, has better guns and outclasses the entire Russian tree except yak 9U. P47 d28 is just a MER machine, doesn't lose energy at all at brusque turns and has outstanding acceleration, being pretty able to overtake a k4 at low altitude and literally fuck it at 7k, where the p47 handles like a dream. The AD4 shares the FM of a Spitfire mk24 and has better guns, sits at 6.0. The F82 twin mustang behaves like a fucking jet but never sees one, plus gets undertiered to 4.0 constantly. I've suffered with Russia, I've suffered with Britain, I've made it from reserve to G91 in Germany in 5 months (not playing everyday obviously, I have a life) and by the time I started on 4th July with America, two hours later I got my first P47.

@@kingghidorah8106 Ju 288c, Me-264 and a 20mm that has better performance than 2 20mm of any other type Edit: The BF 109 F1 is also a crime, sitting at 2.3 while having the performance of the F2. Also the Airacobras thermal dynamic model is a bit broken. I hope that they will fix that, because IRL they could only WEP for 5 miutes before destroying the engine. Currently you will just have to fight it above around 3 km because it then actually can't develop the power to actually WEP, despite what the throttle setting may be saying.

I still think this plane is trash. I need more than 6 M2s!
