I make a carrot leave in conditioner using fenugreek tea, carrots, aloe vera, my DIY herbal ayurvedic oil blend with essential oils, rosemary and peppermint or any combination of oils you prefer. I spritz everyday and it has definitely thickened my hair.

Can you try other diy masks?!? I used carrot 🥕 oil in the past ... AND my hair itched and flaked like NO OTHER!!!

My grand baby kelp trying to eat my hair as I was trying this mask. Like how it had my hair feeling. Don't know if my baby slob had something to do with it. Lol

They sell 100% carrot juice at Trader Joe’s
I am not a big fan of DIY so i just buy Yes to Carrots from Amazon
I got moisture overload from carot oil, be careful and dont over do it :)

moisture is key. Have you tried the loc method? You need to find the best way to lock in moisture...that might be playing a large role in your breakage. Other factors can be: friction, silk/satin scarf or pillow case, tight styles etc. Those are the main ones/a good place to start.
