Strike & Pocket yeh batayiye ki grip mein index finger ko release karne se pehle board ke surface pe pressure dete hain ya index finger ko thumb se press karke rakhte hain. Doosri baat ki rebound shot/ powerful shot maarte waqt mera haath kaampta hai aur aim nahi hota. Please tell.
