My parents never did but i know I will.....and for some reasons,i know if they git married, hypothetically, i wouldn't have been given birth to and now that am single,i know i wont and can't have a perfect man BUT one who will compliment me so well...at the moment am single...working on myself, building myself so i can be the lady,woman,wife and a mother. I'm a senior in high school who sings, and I've been spending days looking for the right song to sing at my last variety show. I wanted to choose a song that would resonate with everyone. I think I just found that song.

I just sang this to my momma at my wedding on September 2nd. 110% worth every second. She cried. That was the only time I haven’t cried listening to this song. My husband is so good for me and my two girls. My momma is proud.

My mother is now dead as of five months ago. But I will always play this song for her. Because she has a huge heart and impact on my life. She truly did teach me to do the right thing. But girls, you need to know that there's a man out there for you that wants to treat you like this. So don't worry. And never give up. He can be standing right in front of you. Or next door or hell even at work. And when you find him you will think way differently about this song. Its too late for me. But not for you.

I'm going to play this song on my wedding someday for my mom. My dad abandoned me when I was small and my mom brought me up and did a lot of things for me which I can't explain :) shes both my mom and dad and I really appreciate all the things she has done for me. Love you mom!!

Yeah my dad cheated on my mom with someone else and it broke me very badly. it was a rough time and im thankful for my mom showing me courage and that everything will be ok! Happy Mother's day to all! :)

I wish my Mom could've met mine. She did meet him, but cancer had spread to her brain and she wasn't all there. She and I were fighting about her being able to drive or work with me the whole time he was over. She had a heart attack and passed that night. At least my last words were "I know you think I'm taking your keys to be mean but its because I love you too much to let you get behind the wheel of a 2 ton death machine." It was one of the few times I told her I loved her. She was my best friend and I was so lost when I lost her. We called each other multiple times a day. We ran our business together. We did everything together. She helped me raise my son. I'm still a little lost and I feel a big hole now that I'm expecting my second.

He passed in four months after that my daughter got married and they gave her a beautiful day. Never knew that she was going to play this song when she did, I was strong until she called me up and play this song that’s when I lost it felt some money and help my daughter so it is that I tried to hit that it’s alive the best I could I was a trauma nurse from New York did everything I could and he fought fight strong and hard one but he’s a Pisst now but my daughter still takes it hard every day it’s a struggle with both my daughters and God bless them and I love them with every breath I have 😢🙏✝️

The wind wasn't blowing until we said our vows and then a small breeze came passing through. When I felt that I knew my mom was giving us her blessing. She will be there with you in some way like my mom was with me. It will be hard on the big day, it was for me. My momma and I love carrie underwoods music. In 3 days on october 2nd will make 3 years since my momma/ best friend passed away. Im so sad i miss her so much. September 2020 I got engaged and I'm sad she wont be at my wedding.

Carrie has been my Favorite since I first saw her on A.I. She deserves the BEST!!! Even tho it'll probably never happen I wish that someday I get to meet her (one can dream right)!! I came really close to dying not to long ago and realize how precious life is. The only thing I could think of were my boys. I kept begging the doctors and nurses, Please don't let me die, I have 2 boys I need to make it home to, It was so scary and still it. I struggle everyday from the effects of what I have been through, My poor boys should never had to go through what they have been through at their age. Treasure every moment with your kiddos. Life can change in an instant. I will never be who I once was. I feel guilty about that every single day. Not as much do I feel for myself as I do for my boys and my husband. I will never understand how hard this has all been on them. Best wishes to all. I Love you Carrie, Thank you for making my days a little brighter. My boys and I love to listen to your cd's!!! xoxo

Lost my mom prematurely december 2019. She finally found the right guy and they married july 1993 my husband and i got married October 1993. We celebrate 30 years Monday. Neither of them made it. 😢 I really miss them and I’m very blessed I found a not perfect but honest hardworking God fearing man. He’s my best friend through sickness and health in good times and many bad too.

My 3 brothers and I were raised by my mom with help from my grandma. I just got engaged to my boyfriend of 6 years just this last June. This is the song I want to dance to with my mom at our wedding reception. ❤️

I’m 14 going on 15 and this reminds me of my mom so much. Although we have our good and bad moments, I still love her so much. She has been thru so much, and I am thankful to have a mom like her. To all moms we appreciate and love you very much🥺❤️❤️

My Naner died in 2012 leaving behind 2 girls. My mom who was 38, and my aunt who was 19. It tore my aunt up like crazy! It still hurts her. On her 21st birthday she was in tears saying "my mom should be here. I should be having my first drink with my mom". It gets better, I promise.

I love this song so much!! Every time I listen to it I start to cry thinking about how in about a year I'm going to be off in college. Once I move that will be the longest time I'll go without being around my mom and I'm not ready for it at all. My mom is my whole world, my rock, my best friend and so many more things. I plan on doing a mother-daughter dance at my wedding one day and will most likely do this song. She has done so much for me and I couldn't be more grateful. I love you mom!!

I love her relationship with her mother because thats where good values begin, where they are instilled in us. Im not for sure about her daddy but I know she is full of love because of her faith in God. He has blessed her with a beautiful voice. Her goal abilities are so wide and strong that you can here her from a far or in another country for she reaches out to you with open arms and embraces life as God intended. What I love about this song is she never exploits her hubby but doesn't leave him out in such a wonderful song as she explains to her mum never worry because My husband is good. She knows their love doesn't falter and she leaves it in the hands of God. I love listening to her, she never ceases to amaze me and if she writes any of her music her soul is pure. If she doesn't, still is, she is one of the good ones in our country, in this crazy world and her love will never surpass anybody without an wonderful impact

My father died this year from brain cancer. Instead of the father- bride dance at my wedding, my mother and I will share a dance in his honor. Every time I hear this song I bawl. It's a great song

Miss my mother so much. She was my soulmate. She left this earth way too young on the 18th of September, 2015. Her funeral photograph was one from our wedding. She looked like the angel she was in that photo. Looking forward to seeing her again one day.

I am so sorry for your loss. My mother was my best friend, and I still have not found anyone who understands me in the same way and whom I can talk to about absolutely everything. My biggest struggle is the fact that I know so many ppl who have horrible parents that are alive and well. Mine was amazing in every way and brought so much good to the world. So why is she dead while the others are still around? :(

:-( I lost mine when I was young too... it defines you for a long time, but there will be a time (when you get a little older) that you start to become defined by other things. Although it will always be painful, eventually it will no longer consume you as it likely does now. I promise... I will say a prayer for you.

MY MOM IS GONNA LIVE FOREVER O3O (sorry for ur loss, and no im not 8)

My mom's birthday is the 16th of January. I will make my bi-annual trip to her final resting place. I will take flowers and her favoriate meal. I will take her small stool she used to prop her feet on and set with her at her grave. Now think me crazy if you wish, but i will set there and talk with her, tell her about the good times we had together, things she taught me when i was young. I will say a prayer and then leave the food for the birds and squirrels to enjoy. Mom you left me 12 years ago and i still feel the lose as strong today as I did the day you went to be with our Lord. God Bless you Mom

We lost both our moms a year apart. I lost mine before his in her sleep and he never met her. We found each other 3 weeks after she passed....His mom then passed a year later whom I met to cancer. I promised her that I’d always take care of him. What he doesn’t know is that when we get married next year I plan on playing this song in honor of our moms. My mom always told me there’d be someone for me and I was 3 weeks late in finding him, the thing is she already knew by what she had said to me. This is our third time trying to have our wedding with covid please pray for us! God is SO good! Hug your moms....

This song means so much more to me then ever before. My mom was just diagnosed with blood clots in her lungs, we about lost her because of it. I'm getting married next year, so I'm really thankful that she made it through to see her only daughter get married to a wonderful man.
