Apparently, Matty Cash had a grandfather who used to 'polish' shoes for a living. But this was mis-translated to FIFA, who were informed that he had a "Polish" grandfather who owned a shoe store. The rest is history...

He's carrying the Gerrard handicap, along with the poor results the club under him early this season. Once Emery replaced Stevie G, all Villa players including Mings have been much better.
