Accepting Vietnam & Malaysia invitation/challenge to settle dispute on overlapping EEZ in Court Arbitration under UNCLOS is completely waste of time & effort the best course of action for the Philippines is to used "Uti Possidestis Juris Principle" Scared, highly regarded & respected international doctrine/international law its also above UNCLOS and everyone will abide to it including China, Taiwan, Vietnam & Malaysia and the only reason the Filipino policymaker & politician used this is to satisfy Malaysia & Vietnam interest because they illegal occupation Philippine sovereign territory at the expense of the Filipino interest & National interest by unpatriotic Filipino politician, so the best thing to do by Filipino people/voters is send/file complaint or petition letter to the Supreme Court about Philippine sovereign territory not excising control/claim over it including dormant claim of State of Sabah under the Treaty of Washington 1900

It won the court battle but the court postponed the execution of the decision due to legal implications on international law regarding Malaysia's sovereignty. The court can't execute the ruling in a legal manner that violates international law but the decision remains in favor of the Sultanate of Sulu.
