To be honest I'm changing over to lure fishing this autumn. An hour or two at a time so this will fit in perfectly. Help me find the fish to capitalise on time.

Can it just be laying on 1 position or do you have to drag it in all te time to get screen?

Will this tell you the Temp of the water?

Can Fish ID be turned off on the Deeper Start?

Hi there. Yes it does! I can confirm it has gone further as well. I recently lost it on an 18 acre lake. I had signal from it most of the way over. It probably went at around 100 yards, maybe more. Crazy I know. The atmospherics and signal must have been perfect.

Hi mate, are you sure this doesnt give a read on what the bottom is? Description says this: "Easy-to-use Deeper App displays fish location, depth and size, water bottom contour and vegetation." Just checking as I want one for a very weedy lake to find open spots

It shows the contours of the bottom. It doesn't show a difference in density though. Unless it's been updated. But I don't think it has

@@BanksideBlogger Ok, just some videos Ive seen elsewhere seem to show green for weed etc, which is really what I'm after it to do, to help me find those open areas (if any!) on the bed in lakes that are riddled I weed.

I've got one it does show what bottom is made of bought it last week

You can pick these up now for £100 is it worth spending £300+ on the others I'm only interested in depth

Are there mounts for the ‘deeper start’ for a bellyboat? I’ve been looking on the website, but i cant find one for the deeper start 🤷🏼‍♂️
