I am 68 years old now but when I was 14years I fell in love with Karen Carpenter.

For me she's #1 singer in the world.

I am 78 years old now. I like this song since I am a secondary school girl.

Whenever I hear Karen carpenters voice it makes one miss her so much!

I was 8 yrs old when I started to listen this kind of music and it really makes me feel like I was born like many year later like I was so attched with old songs and really understand the song easily and i played this song hundred of times but still I love this songs ❤️

What cause of her death. I love the song I felt like the glimpse of the past it gives me goosebumps. I'm 24 anyway I don't know I just prefer this oldies song than with the new songs. It's all nonsense in the lyrics.

The perks of growing up with older parents is that I got to listen to and love this music. Now I sit here with my girlfriend, enjoying these timeless classics yet again. Life’s interesting that way. 🥰🥰🥰

It has been 50 yrs as best as Mr postman those song are diamond to me.

my childhood was listening to this while drifting off to sleep.. we were very poor then, but my heart couldn't ask for more

Never heard a voice before or since the passing of the greatest female singing voice of all time as far as I am concerned.

My son who is 14 months old, loves to hear music like these. He can fall asleep easily. And I super love it too!

I just discovered the Carpenters, my dad introduced me to them and said they're from the 70's so people rarely used computers for music. Meaning that every instrument in this album is genuine. Idk I just love the thought of how much care is put into these songs. I absolutely love this it brings joy to my heart.

Carpenters ruled the airways 60s and 70s. 🤗😎that's my opinion....

Exactly! The first time I heard her singing on the radio late 60s early 70s era I remember saying to myself, she sounds like an angel. I was in 6th or 7th grade at the time, had no clue who the group was at the time. If you miss the DJ announce it you had to wait for the next play to catch it.

Im 62. I dont remember yesterday day once more when it was contemporary. I do remember waiting for a song I loved....years later, I reliesed this song illustrated my intrest in music......

I miss my father who passed away 2017.. he have lots of CD collections of the carpenters and others

Im now 69 years still all the songs of Carpenters that i always sing ang played.. i really appreciate and i regret karen most especially left early .. that i thought more songs they can show for all over the world

My comfort band 🫂 My grandma loves their songs and always listened to them when she was still present. I miss my lola so much. She always have my back and comfort me whenever I cry; with these songs playing in the radio. Now that she’s gone, these songs are all I have to remind me of her. So whenever I have bad days, I just listen to their songs while writing in my diary. Helped me a lot with my depression ❤️

I watch all documentary's bout them. I cry tears of sorrow every time. The "Hollywood seen" forced her to believe she was fat.....shed be here today, If iI was her friend. Not accusing her brother.....he loved her more than any of us....

I saw a youtube video of Karen Carpenter when she was very young - on the drum kit and singing the lyrics at the same time. That takes incredible talent. Amazing voice. Left us all way too soon. You were a treasure Karen Carpenter.
