Is that the large lake? I'm off there in the morning but have never been. Do you know if there are double pegs, me and my brother are going. Any tips?

It’s about 4 acres, so not too big. As you drive up you’re better sticking to the left had side, plenty of swims that you’ll fit 2 anglers in. If you can get into the first quarter of the lake that’s where my nephew fishes all the time. Feeding in pellets will get them feeding, then 12mm wafters did the bites for us. Yellow is the colour we had all the fish on. However white will definitely get some bites.

Not fished this place since the 2 brothers who own/run this place literally fully verbally shouted at my son (8 at the time). Will never set foot back in this pit hole, but some good fishingbthere boys, water looks about 6ft down though.

Yeah it’s not the nicest place. We did a night a few years ago and had to abandon dues to a gang of youths. The owners refused to come and open the gate and turned their phone off. Then another time had the bailiff at the time selling drugs to the guys in the next swim. Only went this time as it was good for a bite and needed to break my blanking streak.
